I see an opportunity for real innovation to fill the void......a new market based on attitude and lifestyle, not age and income level........with this in mind, the new, modern, hip, chic home is the very essence of what the home of the next millineum should be.

Interiors are edgy, sexy and at the same time comfortable. The great room becomes a very "social environment"... a see and be seen if you will. Socializing around the pool/bar area is "the place to be"...there is no need to find a cool club or bar to visit in town, it's at your home! The modern home becomes a self-contained destination in the middle of a bustling city. One's choice of interior design style becomes a defining statement of who they are.
